As AI-generated answers began replacing search results, Chinedum saw a measurement gap nobody was addressing. Brands had no way to know how ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude were describing them, or who was being recommended in their place.

Most companies still measure digital visibility through search rankings, website traffic, and backlinks. But a fundamental shift has already happened. Millions of people now ask ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Copilot, and Grok for recommendations before they ever visit Google. AI has become the first place people go to discover products, compare vendors, and make buying decisions.

That raises a question almost every executive should be asking: How does AI describe my company when no one is watching?

For Chinedum Azuh, that question became impossible to ignore. While testing leading AI platforms, he noticed something remarkable.
