This Privacy Notice describes how Geosystems AI Global ("Geosystems AI", "we", "us", "our") collects and uses personal data in connection with the Geosystems AI Visibility Intelligence Platform and our website. Geosystems AI Global acts as the data controller for the personal data described here.

2. Personal Data We Collect
- Identity and contact data: name, email address, company name, job title.
- Account credentials: hashed password or authentication tokens where applicable.
- Brand and intake data: brand name, website, competitors, and other information you submit to run scans and generate intelligence.
- Support messages: content of emails and messages you send us.
- Usage and telemetry: pages viewed, features used, timestamps, error logs.
- Device and network data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, approximate location derived from IP.
Payment card data is collected directly by Paddle (our Merchant of Record) and is not stored on our systems.
3. How We Use Personal Data
- Provide the services: create your account, run scans, generate intelligence outputs, and deliver reports (legal basis: performance of a contract).
- Customer support: respond to your questions and troubleshoot issues (contract / legitimate interests).
- Security and fraud prevention: detect and prevent abuse, secure the platform (legitimate interests / legal obligation).
- Product improvement: analyze aggregated usage to improve features and methodology (legitimate interests).
- Marketing: send product updates and newsletters to existing customers or where you have opted in (legitimate interests / consent — you can opt out at any time).
- Legal and compliance: comply with applicable law and enforce our Terms (legal obligation / legitimate interests).
4. Who We Share Personal Data With
We share personal data only with the following categories of recipients:
- Paddle — our Merchant of Record, which handles checkout, payment processing, tax compliance, invoicing, subscription management, and refunds. See Paddle's Privacy Notice.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers — Lovable Cloud (Supabase) for application hosting, database, and authentication.
- AI model providers — OpenAI, Google (Gemini), Anthropic (Claude), Perplexity, Microsoft (Copilot), and xAI (Grok) — used solely to run visibility scans and analysis.
- Email and messaging providers — Resend and similar transactional email providers, used to deliver access links, receipts, and support responses.
- Analytics providers — Google Analytics and marketing pixels where enabled, used to understand aggregate site usage.
- Professional advisers — accountants and lawyers, where necessary.
- Authorities — where required by law or to protect our rights.
We do not sell your personal data.
5. International Transfers
Our providers may process personal data outside your country of residence, including in the United States and the European Union. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to provide the services and comply with legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. Account and brand data is retained for the duration of your relationship with us plus a reasonable period afterwards. Transactional and billing records are retained for the period required by applicable tax and financial law. When personal data is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- request correction of inaccurate data;
- request deletion of your data;
- restrict or object to certain processing;
- data portability;
- withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent;
- lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

8. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular monitoring. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.

We use essential cookies to run the site and, with your consent where required, analytics and marketing cookies to understand usage and measure campaigns. You can manage your cookie preferences via our cookie banner or your browser settings.
