These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Geosystems AI software platform ("Platform"), operated by Geosystems AI Global ("Geosystems AI", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, subscribing to the Platform, or otherwise accessing the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
If you use the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms. Otherwise, you represent that you are of legal age to enter a binding contract.
Geosystems AI is a self-serve software-as-a-service platform for measuring and monitoring how large language model engines (including ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Copilot, and Grok) describe, cite, and recommend brands. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Platform's hosted software features (scans, dashboards, exports, alerts, API access where included) for your internal business purposes during your subscription term.
The Platform is a software product only. Your subscription does not include professional services, consulting, advisory work, statements of work, or any custom deliverable produced by our staff. Any such services, if offered, would be procured separately under a distinct written agreement.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms.
All subscription fees are shown in USD unless stated otherwise and are payable at checkout. Our refund practices are described in our Refund Policy.
You agree not to misuse the Platform. In particular, you must not:
The Platform incorporates generative AI systems to analyze and describe how third-party AI engines represent brands. You are responsible for your inputs, prompts, and the way you use any output. You must not use the Platform to generate illegal content, deepfakes, hate speech, harassment, malware, or content designed to jailbreak or attack third-party AI systems. You must have the necessary rights to any content you submit.
Outputs generated by AI may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. They are not a substitute for regulated professional advice and should be independently verified before being relied on for material business decisions. We may remove, restrict, or refuse outputs and suspend accounts that violate these Terms. Rights holders may contact us at contact@geosystemsai.com to report infringement; repeat infringers will have access terminated.
The Platform, including all software, models, documentation, methodologies, frameworks (including GVI™ and Recommendation Share™), branding, and content, is owned by Geosystems AI Global or its licensors. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
You retain ownership of the inputs you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and analyze your inputs solely to provide and improve the Platform. We may use anonymized, aggregated usage data to improve our software.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet any specific outcome. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Platform is limited to the fees you paid to us (or to Paddle on our behalf) in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform, in whole or in part, if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay amounts due, present a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our policies. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ends. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including IP, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law) will survive.
You agree to indemnify and hold Geosystems AI Global harmless from any claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your content, your unlawful use of the Platform, or your breach of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
