Geosystems AI Global offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all software subscription purchases of the Geosystems AI platform. If you're not satisfied with your software subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or contact us at contact@geosystemsai.com and we'll help coordinate the request with Paddle.
Software licences purchased through AppSumo are covered by AppSumo's standard 60-day money-back guarantee and are refunded directly through AppSumo's billing system. Licence codes refunded through AppSumo are automatically deactivated in the Platform.
Approved refunds are issued by Paddle back to the original payment method. Timing depends on the payment method and issuing bank but typically takes 3–10 business days to appear on your statement.
